    When has that happened?
On all 6 of my tracks! Now if only it had happened on at least one of your 50 tracks
    HAHAHA Touche sir, touche!

I think it's inevitable that everyone will run into a wall building at some point...I have the same issue, can't decide on a part of a track spend 10 hrs building it, then don't like it and delete it, however I tend to find inspiration from cartoons, movies, music....there is one person I think should comment on this topic and that's A Web Designer...where the hell does he get his ideas from...amazing tracks back to back....we should take notes..lol

    Classic.

I have ideas for themes every day it feels like, and I have at least 5 tracks started. My block is always the driveline. I've really let people's criticisms of my drivelines get into my head, and if I don't feel like the track is working on that level, I lose interest in it even if I love the theme.

Yup. I've been pressed up against that wall for about a month now. Really sucks when you're roughly 80% done. I would play HD for like 1-2 months all hardcore, bust out a new track or two, then lose interest for 1-3 months. I know I'll get that spark back eventually. Hope you do too

I find that inspiration strikes me most when I'm least able to do anything about it.
Most often about 1-2 hours into my shift at work or stuck with other unavoidable responsibities.
When everything lines up and I have the time to edit, but get blocked, I tend to start a new track
just to mess around. Building plain obstacles or experimenting with terrain. I find it helps me break
the block on most occasions. Or go watch Netflix. Lol.

I get inspired just before falling asleep and wake up without any memory of what the idea was! lol

Same here Time and time again it's just hoping to stay in that same mode, I end up spending ALL my free time on a project just to make sure I make it to 'the end of the track'. I've gotten so close on some that I uploaded them anyway because I know I probably won't finish them for a long time... stupid, I know, some even find it annoying (clogging up the lists) but I just can't delete anything that took me over 24 hours to make. Tuber Diem instead of Carpe Diem. It is only getting harder to be original and I did develop one hobby. Just building random stuff. I have a fully functioning forklift truck (moving, lifting, lights and sounds) and a working digger (turning, digging with actual moving hydraulics and all made out of random parts They'll all end up in tracks but I find that it keeps me busy when out of inspiration. Right now I am in a building site mode (not building a track yet) but I also build a hanglider (not so pretty, a bit oversized) a submarine ( very happy with it but I am afraid it's to tough on the bar to build a game with it, might release it as some kind of gimmick) a cannon and I just love fooling around with OPE's. Even when I'm not on Trials I'm on Trials.

Ah im not alone i see . Its a pain in the ***....its not so much the scenery ideas its more the line...very tough to make something that flows well and makes the rider think at the same time. Also without being able to pull off some advanced moves its difficult to make tracks that include them. Very therapeutic though this building lark..never thought it would appeal to me at all....and hopefully ill be able to build another track in the future

Nah, its the scenery that gets me. Trying to find something new, uncommon and that I think I can actually pull off kills me! lol I have an idea for a track right now that I'd love to do but I just dont know that I can put it together.
