It was in a setting where it looked like a new suburb was being built with houses at varying degrees of construction. It looked like creator had built most of them out of planks of wood. It was really nice to look at and a fun speed run. Sorry I don't have any more info but if you have any ideas it would be appreciated.

And? If your tracks any good it will stand on its own merits even if the theme isn't original (which is hard to do now days).
