The emotional level of 99% of Gears players is hysterical rage man, in one sense you're lucky you can't hear it. That Seriously's never gonna happen for me but I'm close to re-upping for the second time. Trials in the daytime, couple hours of Gears almost every night...damn I'm sad

That might actually help you in more ways than one. I'm not 100% sure, but I think there's actually a science behind this. If you wash your hands with cold water, it increases your blood flow which may help you move your hands better for playing. I'm basing this off of what I heard about taking cold showers instead of hot; it wakes you up better because of the increase in circulation.

You should also try drinking lots of water and exercising. I know I'm much more level-headed
when I am properly hydrated and have that blood pumping. And there's science behind the exercise, too. Students in a study who exercised something like an hour before school got better grades on their tests. This can help you in Trials as well by increasing your focus and I would guess help your muscle memory 'record' easier.

I would never have guessed how engrossing this game could be. Im really a casual gamer all around but I take my trials very seriously. And apparently I am not the only one. Makes me feel alot better to know I am not the only one to have these problems. Went back to the medium and hard tracks today and I was able to gold medal almost all of them on the first or second try. So ...I guess I have become a little better

actually the placebo effect works best, the mind can do amazing things
you can proof anything with science( and statistics) etc, you can even proof smoking its good for your health with science, while it isn't false what they say, they "accidently" forget to tell all the bad things that will happen

Let the rage fuel you. The more angry I get, the better I play.

When I've done the Phoenix training skill game that should help you a lot more on the extremes.
The Scorpion one was made to condition you to the techniques that are available. The next will have obstacles from some extremes and techniques to clear them consistently.
I'm glad the first one helped you already though
