    Alternate solution for TC reporting

Seems to me that there are more and more good tracks, particularly ninjas, being taken down due to misuse and abuse of the report system. Would there be any way to leave the tracks up after someone files a complaint, then when a moderator/dev gets around to it, can decide to dismiss it or have it taken off instead of the current method?

There would be some tracks down for 2 days and by the time it gets back up, its not in the 48hr rated feed which i dont think is fair to some track creators.

This, plus anybody who misuses the report system gets insta red ring of death and their account info is made public.

    Alternate solution for TC reporting

Tracks don't typically stay down for 48hrs. I know that I check the queue at least twice a day, every day, except Sunday, and I'm not the only one. Let people keep reporting tracks, things happen behind the scenes every time a track that you report is restored.

I guess my suggestions were rejected for legal reasons as usual.

At the very least Redlynx needs to make sure that tracks can't be taken down multiple times. Once Redlynx checks the track and restores it, why the heck can it be taken down again? That makes no sense.
