I know that someone has made Inferno II, i was wondering is it possible to port tracks that were made in HD( by users) over to Evo?

nope and the tracks wouldn't work either because the physics model has been changed

Some of the remakes I have seen are spot on
It won't be long until everyone of the tracks have been remade
