Basically the bridge will try and swing around the red circle.

Mate i havent actually tried it yet, but that 1 sentance makes a hell of a lot more sense than anything i have read/watched/been to so far, some of us need to be told in simple terms, Thank you!!!

& The pic has cleared the fog away in my mind and i think i actually get it ... shock hey!!

The picture is just one I photographed off of my tv. I set up the bridge in the editor earlier and took a photo to illustrate it for you.
