I feel like your scenery ability is atleast above average, but don't get so caught up in the scenery that you let the driving line suffer for it...repeating obstacles is a big No-No!!
I'm not so sure that track would qualify as a Medium...probably an Easy or even Beginner
Given a bit more time and a little less copy-pasta and I think you can make a really nice track
Ps: i felt like i was in the Krypt from Mortal Kombat 9
