new skill game hill climb, platform perils
hey guys, have just completed my new skill game hill climb, its called platform perils. give it a go guys i really spent some hours on this and put some effort in so hopefully u will enjoy it. please rate and leave feedback please, would like to know what u think of it. I enjoy a climb and this one was good.You have some good stuff going on,the higher you climb.
Definitely worth a play mate and i'll be back to improve my distance!

I have several problems with it.
1. You made it so the height can go down. If you accidentally fall down without faulting then your run is lost. That is stupid. Very stupid. All you had to do to fix this was load the hill climb example track and copy the logic from that. Literally, you could have just used that logic. There is no excuse for this.
2. Too many obstacles that aren't uphill. I watched the top replay and there are plenty of obstacles that are just flat. There are also several that involve dodging moving objects. This is a hill climb, it is about climbing hills, nothing else. Every single obstacle should be uphill. What you made is a steep track with no checkpoints, not a hill climb.
3. All those moving obstacles make things kind of inconsistent. The last thing you want on a hill climb is inconsistency, since it is very long and there are no checkpoints. Very frustrating.

Fair points Buttcheek.Point 1 happened to me but i just restarted.
Point 2-okay,steep track with some flat sections,some climbing
Point 3 The moving objects were okay in my opinion,apart from the log which crushed me on a couple of occasions.On a skill game with no checkpoints i suppose you would want consistency but regardless,i still enjoyed the effort.

Hey, thanks for feedback guys, I understand it's not for everyone, I will take ur points on board buttcheek, I know about the distance going back down but left it there as its a skill game, don't fall, or if u do bailout and that ends the game and will save ur distance. But point taken, thanks
my first hill climb track so I gave it a good go, and I wanted a different look to the regular hill climb so that's why some flat areas. I hope u come back and replay, I spent many hours on it
as u all know essential for a good track. Thanks all again for feedback, criticism taken on board and will improve on these points cheers
oh and that log, I know is a bit out of place I actually meant for it to fall before u go under it, if u wait it does trigger and fall, break the plank and u just need to jump the gap then, I see now it is not too good, cheers again guys, always willing to improve from feedback
