Its hard to describe, but I have a single object and I want to have clones animate off that one single object. Something like what they are doing at 1:35 on this video.
I have been experimenting and searching for hours and I cant seem to figure out how to get that to happen.
I think they used a Curved Data Source set to Looping.
Yeah, I have tried something like that, but it just warps the object back to its original spot when the loop starts over, there is always only 1 object shown at a time. I gotta be missing something, like a checkbox that says duplicate object or something. I dont know
Can't you just put an extra static object at the starting position of the moving objects? It looks like that is what they did in Dark City Run, but I have no idea why. It seems completely pointless.
I just dont get how they spawn objects so it shows more than one at a time on the screen. I feel like I am not wording this right.
pretty sure you cant duplicate objects, they all have to be laid out somewhere already in the track. looks like dark city does 3 cars stacked for each lane, moves them one at a time and then starts over. not sure if thats what youre talking about tho.
If thats the case then.... damn. wont work in my situation. Oh well.Originally Posted by heetsauce

A moving train with no end. I am working on a plan B, so no worries. gonna fake it.
I just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing some kind of editor trick that I coulndt figure out.
Well if you have multiple OPE's you can have 1 object in multiple locations, BUT it looks like a hologram and may freeze your xbox. Did that once on accident. Was cool, but I got scared![]()
