UPDATED AGAIN- New Skill Game "Gravity HD" now available! | Forums

Hey guys, I've uploaded a new version of my physics based Lunar Lander-type Skill Game.

"Gravity HD" is available now in Track Central.
I've made minor tweaks to the controls and now the mini-map constantly shows the ship's position! (Thanks to Jorma for the crazy vector maths to get it to work!)

It's a homage to old classics such as Thrust, Oids and Gravitar.
For those of you that have never played any of these titles before, note that small movements and delicate thrust will win the day! Also, keep an eye on your fuel level and pick up extra fuel pods to top it up when needed. Beware, it is hard like the originals were so only retro fans and the persistant should apply

Try my other Skill Games: 'Bricking It' and 'Murphy's Gold' and my Extreme track 'Magma Mine'.

Its a really fun and addictive game but I find it really hard! I'm struggling to get use to how delicate you have to be with the thrust and controls so far I only got 1 orb as I am terrible at this but I'm going to try again.

Sooo glad this was made..2days ago in my thread i posted that i had an idea for a track that would work great on the evo editor.i myself havnt come to making skill games,so i offered the idea to anyone interested,n bang..its done..
Ive got the game room through xboxlive and its full of most of these 70s/80s classics..cant wait to get back on my computer next week to give it ago..
If anyones interested in playing my retro game room then please friend request me..theres loads to choose from,this being on of them..

Coin dozer would be another HIT also,i think, if done right..theres an idea there for you skill game makers...

Also,in arcades theres a coin op where you stick in coins n bet on whether a horse wins.there is 5 that wizz in a straight line from one end to another,and there is a winner...ts called grand national or something like that.each of the 5 horses obviously has odds.

I was thinking that this could be done through evo but instead of using horses,use police cars or taxis.it could be called the drag national..i would love to see this made..if i was capable,it would be done by now..i think you could do these ideas total justice katamari mate..
