I released a new track last night with 340 downloads and 25 people on the leaderboard. I know for a fact that it has at least 15 ratings but it shows 0. It's stuck at a 1 star rating when it's a really fantastic trackIt's going to miss the "Highest rated 48 hours" window when it is easily better than many of the tracks listed there.
Any chance this is being worked on? I don't think I'm the only one being affected.
I'm there with you man. I saw that tracks were getting ratings again so I put my track up, of course it was broken again before I finished uploading my track. It is now three slots away from oblivion with no ratings. I spent over a month of daily work on this track just to watch it die cuz track central is screwed up. Pretty disappointed.
What's your GT? I'll give your track a go. Also, Nas T 65's Wipeout Summer Edition is in the same boat. It would easily be in 48 hours too.

Well, it went from 1 star and no ratings to 4* and 23 ratings in the last 10 minutes. Hopefully it stays working! It's also in the highest rated in 48 hours section. Nice!
Just as i uploaded my track it seems to have stopped tracking them again... hopefully fixed soon so the ratings update.
It looks terrible to be stuck at 1 star when other skill games are 4 star only a few ahead of yours on the list.
Ratings and download count is stored locally and updated only now and then. You can try to delete your track and after a while(preferrably a reboot) search it from TC to see if the values have changed.
Unfortunately that is not the issue that we are facing. The download count is increasing but ratings are stuck at 0 even though i know people have rated it.Originally Posted by irpx

They have multiple machines handling the flow and it probably takes time to propagate and sync them with all the changes. Or then it just fails![]()
Are we not limited by space? This is alot of constant content were talking about here...
well at least ms got it right for halo (go figure), with its huge content constantly being bombarded with replays/pictures/game styles and new map uploads, maybe they dusted of an old 1640 for trials![]()
