I like the fact that at the end of tracks,or during for that matter, you can add your own bit of style as a creator in the way of cinematics and visuals...some custom tracks have good animation at the final post which i appreciate loads..
Its like the ending to a story...
I think its cool when there is a sequence at the end, but it drives me mad when people do this in the middle of a track. I just want to play the track, please stopping messing with the camera and making me look at things which are not the wheels of the bike and the next obstacle, I know the creator has spent time and effort making it look nice, but please dont spoil the flow of the track.
+1 to that.Originally Posted by Ragmen86
I get it though, some tracks aren't about the flow and th elike. Its about the atmosphere/look/cinematics. But they aren't my cup of tea. However, an ending that makes me chuckle is always good to see! Especially if I've just had a nightmare run! lol
+1 to both of you.Originally Posted by Barrybarfly

The problem with the ending animations is that they can only be fully seen when you beat the track. But not from viewing replays (in my case, wanting to record and show it off). This would mean having to record in real time. Maybe an option in the editor to extend the replay time would help this particular situation.
Good point^^^^.i would like to see all animated endings in a replay too..it would look good when promoting tracks on youtube for example..
I forgot that. Yeah, it would be cool if the replays showed the ending sequence. It would be handy for videos, but I guess its a nice reward for actually playing the track instead of just downloading it to watch a replay. I think I'd rather be able to see it on the replay though tbh.
We could be on to something here if its possible to fix,and enough people agree...
I hate the ending that just explode you into the sky. They are so clichéd.Originally Posted by Morfyboy
Apologies if this is too difficult, as I am not in the know with PVR's and Youtubes and such. Couldn't you record your replay run without end cinematics. Then record a real time run with end cinematics. Then just splice the two together? Obviously it would not be a completely seamless video, but who cares?Originally Posted by Amplitude
