    Aircraft, flying objects

Hey guys, people here have been really helpful when I post about The Level Editor.. so I am interested to learn something ive been curious about. Im average in the editor so step by step is much Appreciated. How do I go about making something fly by the driving line? The beach warzone type level is a nice example with jets that go through the sky, also if I wanted to do something like a bird or a car or anything else do these things need the same treatment? Thanks.

Make your object, glue it together and use the object position event.

Can also use physics joints instead of object pos event if in range of the physics bubble, but this is complexity vs simplicity. Depends on object and range too.

Check out my track "Alien Abduction!" by "apdenton1". Has lots of flying objects and other cinematics.

Hey guys, need some advice with this.. Using Obj position event to have an effect follow the rider, checkpoint enabled. However it is showing up in my checkpoints in the beginning of the track, how do I stop it from doing so? Thanks.

disable your OPE and when you want it to active use the Enable State Event to re-enable it.
