how do you make a rope hang between 2 objects please?
I want to make a rope bridge style track. I tried gluing the rope to 2 objects then turning physics on to make the rope hang...rather than be a straight object, but the physics affected all the objects and the whole thing fell over. How do you do this?
Also the rope bridge object is a straight object so i need to figure how to make it hang like a real rope bridge would. Any help is appreciated

You need to use a physics joint between the rope/rope bridge and whatever it's attached to.
Not sure about the hanging rope bridge.

Attacth a rotational
think) physics joint at either end of the rope or rope bridge attacthed to a fixed object (ramp, tree, log, etc) and turn the physics on for the rope or rope bridge. In order to make it hang A LOT, I suspect you simply move the fixed objects closer together, but I havent tried that myself.
Edit: Just realised I pretty much took Bobozilla's answer and made it sound more complicated! LOL Oops!

I used the physics joint, point to point soft when I done a rope bridge.. I got it right until I shared it,and it didn't quite turn out 100%,but it was close...
track I used it on was UP THE CREEK.have a look n you will see wot I mean.hope this helped.
