what a bunch of bubbly bairns, catching feelings because someone asked about refunds. realy?

Read the description of all (that I've seen, anyway) Xbox Live Marketplace content. They specifically say that there are no refunds or returns available for the item.

ive lost my level and ratio rank in the online boards amongst other things. i dont care much about the level but the ratio took me ages. i had roughly 60/70 supercross and 30/35 trials. i dont see any point in playing if i cant wave scores in my mates faces and taunt them for having clumpy potato thumbs.
ive many gripes with evo but this is the only one i deem worth kicking off about.

For a real-world reaction to this I suggest you take this complaint and request to Gamespot.

Ask microsoft. We have no control over this. I think they did do refunds over minecraft cause it's not able to play local multiplayer with SD tv.
