Read the description of all (that I've seen, anyway) Xbox Live Marketplace content. They specifically say that there are no refunds or returns available for the item.
There's your answer!
And that right there is the problem with our society.Originally Posted by DEF1980![]()
Everybody thinks they are entitled to something. You are always entitled to a refund (within 7 days) of physical media you order over the internet. This however is not the case with digital media. One of the reasons for this is that no one can make sure that you did not make a copy of what you bought and then return it; also if you play a game for a week and then don't want to play it anymore (you're for example done with singleplayer) you would have still made use of the intellectual property that is part of the game. Microsoft however ensures that people do not buy games, they don't want by offering demos, so that people who are not sure if they want to buy the game know what they are getting with the full version.
Everyone not using this method buys the game on his own responsability and therefore, in my opinion as well, is not entitled to a refund.
Like ive said in a different related topic/thread........
'Let the honeymoon period of the game settle and it will be the die hard fans left, still building away happily,as most new players will have moved on'..
Sounds like someone got Caught up in the hype..lol
