Well, I would try process of elimination, you should be able to remove Trials Evolution without removing your tracks by going into your memory and selecting your save device. Then I would try reinstalling the game, no promises but worth a shot. Backup your saved tracks on another device or use cloud storage if youre skeptical, always good to have backups incase, but ive removed the game and kept tracks with no issues.

Yeah. I havent had a black screen before so I thought maybe you just need a clean install. If that doesnt work no doubt you will be back to the forums. Ive found that letting the game run 5 minutes or longer while avoiding Track Central greatly reduces how often my game freezes in the editor, so if a reinstall doesnt fix it just try letting the game run a while, goodluck.
