Downloads and rating stays on 0 ! | Forums

Hello ,

Today i uploaded 2 new tracks and one of the fun things is to see how people like it.

Now after around 5 hours there is still no rating and downloadnumber but 93 persons put a time on the leaderbord.

I know it don't update fast but my track is allready almost of the list and has 1 star because of that ! That doesnt help to get more people to play your map (i always choose track with at least 4 stars) What is wrong with the server ?

Same thing happening here, uploaded my new track a few hours ago, there are 28 people on the leaderboards but it's still showing 0 downloads and 0 ratings.

also almost all of the replays are bugging out and crashing when the player didn't crash.

Go to "get tracks", put in your gamertag and search for your tracks as if they were someone else's.. When you find the track in question click on it and you should see the details. This worked for me, hope it helps

This has happened before, probably about a week or two ago I think. The next day everything was back to normal and all the downloads and ratings numbers that occurred while this was happening were applied when it updated.

I always do that anyway, because the My Tracks section never seemed to keep up with the real stats. Yet it's still showing 0 no matter how I find it, hopefully it'll have sorted itself out by tomorrow as B00ME said.

Last time that was happening to me, My xbox would freeze on me a few seconds into playing the track. It did that to me 3 times. The next day the track showed the real star rating (finally got a 5 star track!) and all was working fine again.

So, see what its doing tomorrow...

Ok the track is showing correct numbers now, yay I'm number 3 on highest rated this week in one night.

Almost all of the replays are broken though, I love watching how others played my track but they all just crash during the first few jumps and writhe around on the floor for the whole 2 mins...

On certain tracks most replays brake. Haven't found a reason for this yet.

Well my tack uses a custom Quadbike shell where the bike would be, and i have modified the power and weight settings of the bike, so it may be confusing the physics system, but I don't see why it should, the weight and centre of gravity would be exactly the same each time you play.
