Ah, makes senseOriginally Posted by BarrybarflyReplayability was what I was going for.
I agree, which is what makes a good track. You don't want to play a track once and complete it easily on the first run never to play it again, especially if it is a really well made track. If it's hard to nail then you'll keep playing till you can get it right. It helps when you have a friend who has a faster time than you, then you'll play it even more till you beat them as I do with you and KalinuS all the time.Originally Posted by Barrybarfly
With this track though there was one section that stopped me most of the time, spent a long time playing it over and over till I got it right. Even then I'd get stopped at another section I was doing well on before.
Great track, I stole #1 from whoever was #1 before, very good track, one problem is the last part of the track and there is a tire glitch on the one ramp. The second of the 2 humps. Great track apart from that! Awesome line, awesome idea.
I did it, made it past the first little hump thing. You have to make it so you're sliding the last ramp and your front wheel isn't touching the ramp by the time you get to the end of it. Saves a lot of time. Very nice time saver and well made. You were lucky Kalinus, haha, hit me up and I can test your tracks sometimes if you wanted!Originally Posted by Dr4gOnsFuRy![]()
You're a beast, VeNoMz lol. I wasn't able to get below 37 seconds during testing lol. I used a ton of custom collisions to smooth out the ramps so I'm not sure why your tire would get grabbed at the spot you described.
Thanks for the testing offer. I'll keep it in mind. I'm usually a one-man show when it comes to track building but I could definitely benefit from having some skilled riders test out my tracks.
Dr4gOnsFuRy: I came so close to beating your time on Pixelated II but I screwed up the very last obstacle lol
New track is out called "Carole's Beach." It's a short speed running track that was built over a couple of days. Check it out if you're interested!
I named it after my wife because she puts up with my track creating nonsense
Edit: I'm a sucker for a good beach-themed track and I have quite a bit of fun making them.
I'm curious about this one, so it will be my first stop when I get on tomorrow.Originally Posted by KaliniuS![]()

Really great track! Awesome deco great line, but i expect nothing less from your tracks!
5* as usual![]()
I enjoyed this one Kal. I sometimes think the tracks you make quicker have better lines. Its almost as if you second guess yourself and tweak the lines on tracks you spend longer making. DON'T! lol Anyway, fun track, nice one!
@DeadEXit: I'm happy to hear you liked the track and thanks for the ratingit was a little something to keep me busy before I release my Muttis track entry.
@Barry: I do second-guess myself a lot of the time but lately, building the line is coming a lot easier to me. I don't find myself trying to figure out how to make an obstacle fun as often. With Pixelated II and now this new one, I usually get the obstacles right the first time I lay them down. Then I'll test run it and discover that I only need to tweak the collisions or placement a bit and that's it. I've spent a lot of time on my upcoming track and think the line is quite good. Even after I thought I was done, I completely changed one of the obstacles (for the better). I can't wait to share it!
