I had a go on Shipwrecked last night and found myself coming back over and over to clean up my run more than I initially expected. I liked the lightning bolt effect you made a couple cp's into it as well.![]()
Thank you for the compliments. I really liked The Market tracks, personally and thought they looked really cool. As for as Shipwrecked goes, I just put it together pretty quickly after watching some episodes of "I Shouldn't Be Alive."Originally Posted by JetArtois
Thanks. Glad to hear you enjoyed it too! It does have a pretty addictive line once you learn it.Originally Posted by TheMovement81
I am a liar. My next release will be either today or tomorrow lol. Everything about my next track just came together perfectly. I knew exactly what I was going to do, how I was going to do it and what pieces I was going to use. I'll update the OP when I release (which will be soon).Originally Posted by KaliniuS
EDIT: And here it is! The follow-up to my most popular extreme track: "Amazon, Revisited"
too hard for me mate but it looked good![]()
Thanks! Try using the Gecko. It makes a lot of the obstacles easier. Still, the best time possible is with the Phoenix but it requires more skill.Originally Posted by H3X23

Hello everyone. I've been mulling over this decision for a while now but I'm hanging up my "editor" hat for the foreseeable future. This is more than just a "burned out" phase (which I've gone through before). I simply don't have as much fun building tracks as I used to and I also feel as if I've reached a plateau in track creation. I'm truly thankful for all the support I've gotten here on the forums and over XBL. The success I've had with my tracks is more than I ever anticipated and the editor was a great creative outlet for me. I would've never thought I'd get a RL pick, have 3 tracks in the highest rated in Trials feed, and have numerous tracks featured on high profile YouTube channels like Rooster Teeth.
I *may* return to the editor one day but I think I've left a considerable library of custom tracks in my wake
I plan on writing a huge post here later on, going over lots of cool things about my tracks, like hidden endings, easter eggs and other fun tidbits that many may have missed.
I'm sorry to hear about that, you are a very consistent builder and put out a lot of great tracks, I really enjoyed playing them.
I do understand what you are saying though, so all my respect to you. Hope you will go back to building tracks someday.![]()
That's a shame pal, but all the best. Like you've said, you have left a load for everyone to play. Your a great track builder pal.
Ahhh no...sad to hear kal! i didn't really think you were being too serious when you mentioned retiring on xbox message nor did i think it would happen so shortly after, had some real fun on ya tracks, your one of the most "successful" track creators on the forum, cya kal'y.
