It seems it has gone back to how it originally was, where all it takes is a single 5 star vote to get into the highest rated.

It is currently filled with complete garbage.

WADUP WIT DAT?!

Also, why does track central ALWAYS screw up the second I release a new track? My track should be in the highest rated right now but it isn't due to this glitch.

There was a temporary problem related to server updates, but fortunately the issue was quickly fixed.
