I would very much like a refund for this game, not only does it not work, it also corrupted my harddrive, I think I'm well within my rights for a refund given the circumstances.

RedLynx would have no say in refunds. You'd need to talk to Xbox Support.

Actually Xbox support have no say in refunds as I already asked them its down to the publishers. And to the guy telling me "go away" no.
