Thanks for the support guys. It's hanging in there now. Mid way down 48hr feed. It seems to be creeping up as well so its looking promising.
Weekends are tough. There's a lot of "part-timers" and kids who play and will rate up almost anything. Its tough enough to compete at the best of times, but its really tough to compete when the bad tracks get so many high ratings as well as the good tracks. The track is a very solid 4 star track imo (5* is really hard to get) which should put you high on that list most of the time. So getting up there on the weekend is something to be pleased with.Originally Posted by Cruelty976

Dont worry if a track doesnt do too well on the 48hr feed, sometimes they just dont get the ratings soon enough, other times there's a lot of tracks out worth being on the feed and you/we lose out. As long as some people like it, some people leave constructive feedback and most importantly if you learnt something while making the track, then it was worth doing it imo.
Nice track! Dont worry too much about the feeds....unless you have a lot of people on your friends list who will rate it as soon as it goes up you are entering a lottery with the feed system.
I'd just like to say thanks to all who downloaded my Grand River Trial. You all helped make it a success. It was in the 48hr feed for about 44hrs so it got lots of exposure.
I'd like to give special thanks to 'RAC finest' who helped me test it out. He pointed out a few things to address.
Just shows that a fresh pair of eyes always helps.
Thanks mate.
Not a problem, was glad to help out, considering i'll be needing the same help on mine as soon as I feel its close to completion
I've only gone and made a skill game...
Its my first attempt so go easy on me...

Well... I didnt just change the option to a skill game...
I did add quite a lot and delete other stuff so I could get all the "pick-ups" in and spinning with no lag.
Oh, interesting! Well, I'll still give it a go as you've got me intrigued with what you've been up to! lolOriginally Posted by Cruelty976
Ok mate, let me know what you think...
It was a trials track but I hit a design wall and wanted to try some different stuff which I couldn't do unless it was a skill game so the conversion occurred.
I added a few options to zoom in/out, turn DOF on/off and alter camera effect. However I don't think many people read the instructions as hardly any replay tries the features out.
Also the timer doesn't start till accelerate is pressed so the camera stuff can be messed with before you start.
I did it in my replay hoping others will watch and follow suit.
