Ok i'l admit i was quite disappointed with this, i feel some of the tracks are quite glorified, i don't usually give this sorts feedback, but nobody takes me too serious anymore (my fault lol!), feel free to argue but i fel that alot have been disappointing recently, some things just weren't really astounding, some felt generic others just same idea put into different play. Sory if it offends, just had to be honest.

Ok... I'm not sure if this is just your opinions on my tracks or recent releases in general.
I'm not sure how astounded you expect to be from a game that asks you to ride a bike from left to ride over a series of varying obsticles. I suppose your looking for visually mind blowing stuff.
Unfortunately, although there are quite a few, the number of objects the editor offers is limited. So after a year of creation, the chances of seeing something completely new are remote.
I'm pleased with all my creations, they are unique to me, I am unaware of any plagiarism you may think has occurred.
I know I cannot please everybody all the time, thanks for taking the time to play and post.
I'll take the rough with the smooth.
But before you write me off, I'd take a minute to compare my track with 90% of what's on offer on TC. Basket ball shooting or something built with a bit of passion.

No I wasn't exactly comparing it to TC but just your other stuff. You everything else you said was right, probably just me going on a teenage rampage lol, I just don't care sometimes, I hope people felt like that, and it ain't just plain old ******* jezuz lol.

My honest opinion of you based on your posts on the site, and your tracks that I've played:

You prioritize detail/atmosphere heavily. Your tracks that you've released and your "constructive criticism" proves it. I've seen you post many negative comments on tracks, and they are always about the detail/atmosphere. It should be common sense that the line is the priority. When it comes to any product in general, functionality should prioritize over visuals. Some people may be blinded by the tracks with great/creative detail, but the best riders/track creators can see right through it, if the line is lacking.

I'm not saying that you are a poor track creator. I've had fun speedrunning some of your tracks. But I did notice more thought/care put into the detail/atmosphere, sometimes to the extent of hurting the functionality of the track.

I though Whitechapel was a solid line with above average detail. Wish it was a bit longer, though.

Yep i agree. I ain't actually very good, i would say im still amatuer lol.

I prioritize all that crazy **** because thats the only thing im good or ok at, and thats the only knowledge i have, driving lines, i don't know whats the difference between complex and basic.

Arn't we all entitled to our opinions. I like to build the way i build cos thats best for me and same with others, tbh i don't ever think i could get better with DL's it just don't click like other people who are all round, i just like to decorate.

I would say more but it ain't the right place and it will cause havoc. I know i can be an *******, but sometimes i really can't help it, it's like a massive mood swing.

I apologise to cruelty for negativity and hogging the thread.

P.S don't forget to send me hate messages guys lol!

hey Cruelty i just played Whitechapel and my very first impression was nice theme but i didnt like the driving line rly, the high jump just before the 2nd checkpoint i had difficulty seeing what i was supposed to be doing and had 17 faults at this point, and the rest of the track i struggled to tell where the flow was but i gave it another chance and completely changed my mind lol, the line is solid and difficult to read at first but awesome when you do see it, i went from something like 25 faults to platinum in 2 or 3 goes and enjoyed it much more once i knew what i was doing

great job mate nice theme and details and solid line ... if u dont see it on your 1st go like some people have another look it is in there, 5 stars bud

one thing i noticed mate, that high bit just before the second checkpoint has a plank of wood that is set to decoration only, maybe this is what confused me on my 1st go?

Thanks for the feedback everyone, glad we are back on track as it were.

@smeghead89 - while sorting out that high jump near second checkpoint I wanted to add a box to give a back wheel touch to enable reaching the scaffold, once the box was positioned, I grabbed that plank of wood to put it under the box so it wasn't floating. Trouble was I grabbed some decoration wood and forgot to default it's physics. Schoolboy error.
The saving grace is that once you find the line, you fly past that bit anyway. So hopefully, no harm done.
Glad you found the line mate, thanks for feedback and rating and giving it a chance.

Re: Cruelty's Creations. - NEW - Dark Root

Just reminding/bringing to your attention that Dark Root is now available and has been for a few days but the forum mess up means that I didn't promote it too much.
It's a nice do-able extreme with a challenging, yet rewarding line.
So go check it out and come and let me know what you think...
