    I did an animating train recently that had to fall off a broken bridge and explode and all that jazz. I just used a whole bunch of Delays Filters to set off my sequence of Effects. Easy peasy, since the OBE movement is always the same. You just have to get the timing right on that first effect - the rest are usually easy, especially if you've any experience with animating and timing in general.

    Probably I was thinking that the filter had a "1 tick interval trigger" automatically embedded
