Same here. I need to spend a year learning the tracks before going for tourney plats.
When I first started playing Trials HD I also used to hate tournaments, as I came to realise it was because I didn't have the consistency to pass them with no faults. Now I play them for fun whether I 0 them or not. Test Your Might is proving a very difficult 0 but its all part of the fun though, right.
Agreed. Until consistency became an interesting problem to me, I hated the tournaments. Now I'm going for 0-fault on TYM and it's a blast. In some ways practicing a track for consistency is a relief compared to speedrunning a single narrow line over and over, though maybe that's just because I give myself some wiggle room in the time during the tough tourneys. I haven't gotten to the point yet where I can quite stand properly speedrunning tournamentsOriginally Posted by xMotionSickness![]()
Tournaments really show who's the best. It's easy to start one track over and over again but four tracks in a row is different.
