Help monetizing Trials videos on Youtube.

Hey guys, I contemplated putting this in the videos section but decided against it since I'm not actually trying to advertise my videos. I've recently been making some video guides for Trials Evolution and was sure to include commentary from the start of the video all the way to the end. My first three vids I've had no problems with, but then I put out two videos for my Squirrel Locations Guide and I got a message saying...

    Dear Brockbfball1563,

Thanks for submitting your videos for monetization. We have disabled monetization on the following videos because we were not able to verify that you have the appropriate commercial use rights for all included content:

    • "Trials Evolution - ALL SQUIRREL LOCATIONS Guide - Part 1/2 (#1-10)"
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCJZorPbxmY

    • "Trials Evolution - ALL SQUIRREL LOCATIONS Guide - Part 2/2 (#11-20)"
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=faaZHCH2hd0

If you can provide documentation that you have the necessary commercial use rights for all elements in your video, please take a moment to learn how to claim rights to a video, and then submit documentation using the links above.

Please note that we may only serve ads on advertiser-friendly content. YouTube reserves the right to make the final decision whether to monetize a video, and may disable monetization for users who repeatedly submit ineligible videos. If you currently have videos pending review, you may choose to opt them out of monetization by visiting /my_videos.

    Thanks,

    The YouTube Team
I read the tips on Youtube about how to claim gaming videos for revenue sharing and saw that I needed to make sure I said that this was me playing and explaining how to do something in the game, which I did. I've seen some other gaming videos say that I also need to include a link to the game's/company's terms of use, but I couldn't find any for this game, but everyone said it usually doesn't matter as long as the video clearly has commentary over it. I submitted the appeal over a week ago and nothing's happened, but the first three vids I uploaded were monetized with no problems.

Today I tried to monetize two other videos and got the same email, this time for this video and this video. I'm hoping someone can help me out with what exactly I'm supposed to do since I can't imagine RedLynx wouldn't allow it's players to monetize videos that include their content. Thanks for any help you can give.

I'm sure someone has suggestions about this. Anyone?

I read the thread before. I don't know anything about it so I can't help.
I didn't reply before mainly because I'm not sure I agree with trying to generate monies from Trials videos.
    Just my opinion.

I don't really see it as any different from monetizing other types of videos, just not sure why it's so difficult to monetize gaming videos when it's supposedly allowed as long as there's commentary.

Trials track videos aren't particularly long. Stick an ad in front of it and I won't bother watching it.
Forced advertising is a pet hate of mine.
