What would i focus on? i'll be honest, yesterday was the first time I've ever even looked at my global, and it's terrible. 14k. but i think it's because I don't focus on it. For instance, I might spend a full day (playing small sessions) trying to get my rank on a single map from top 500 to top 200. But I don't think that matters at all.
Instead of just going through and getting platinum's all over the place I'm trying to get the best score on each level. I'm woefully behind, but i'm wondering if that's why I'm so low in the rankings.
Do things like finding the squirrels help your rank? How does that whole thing work? i think I'm going to shift gears and see how much better I can do instead of focusing on better scores on tracks.
0 fault every single event first (not skill games, they don't count) since 0 faults are valued the highest out of everything else.
1. 0 Fault Every Track + Tournament
2. Obtain every platinum medal
3. Improve your times
Zero-fault the tourneys - that helps alot!![]()
I simply hate the tourneys but I'll probably have to bite into the sour apple sooner or later after finishing the last two extremes with platinum.Originally Posted by MILCHMASTER
Platinums on tournaments.I got from 6099 from 5800 ish by getting a platinum on one tournament
Squirrels don't help your rank at all btw
No, but they're badass!Originally Posted by emerica6708
great info.
So no fault's are more important than the medal? say on extreme I get longer times, but 0 faults. That's better?
Yes, definitely. You could have 29 minutes, and zero faults, and it would give you more points than 1 minute and 1 fault.Originally Posted by FastNOC
certainly no question about the advice. I went up 4000 places by going back toa few tracks and 0 faulting them. got a couple more plats but the 0 faults helped tons more
thanks guys
