i recently encountered an crashing issue and i had to reinstall 1000 heroz and now i have lost all my stats, it says i have only completed 1 level, when i have completed all of them to the present day and have 3 stars/gold medal in every one. also it says i only have 3 diamonds and i had purchased a 500 pack and had about 450 remaining.

AND now it says i have to upgrade to the full version to get more restarts?! i thought i had that already.i have bought the app already haven't i?

please help me, i have put in rather a lot of time to this game and would hate to see it wasted

Unfortunately the only way around this is to make sure 1000 heroz has been backed up to your computer you sync to.... Otherwise none of the stats will return. They are all stored locally

oh right, I did have it backed up as part of my iphone b/u and have restored the iphone to normal, but oddly it says i'm still on level 47 and i have all my gold, my ten day stats seem in order too, its all the things like distance run,restarts, relics and level completed that have been wiped, and of course my bag of diamonds has gone awry.

In adventure mode it says i haven't done any levels and they are locked until I get the paid version. I can't recall if i paid for this before when i bought it last july?

Any ideas?

When I moved from the iPad 1 to the new iPad, everything carried over fine. I use iCloud for backup, I don't think I did a full backup either. Perchance your backup is old?

If you got it in July, then you paid for the full version.

Thanks theRobz, my back up was from 10 mins before i restored, so i'm hoping i can get the full version and my diamonds back from RedLynx somehow...anyone out there?

I always thought all the stats and achievments (also) got stored within the Game Center cloud.
