Since ruined bloody faces seems to be the trend here, and I just happen to have one in my library; I guess i'll just share it like the good sport I am:

It looks like a Wheatstone bridge circuit to me.

For fun: Try to trace the tattoo with your finger and cross each edge exactly once (without lifting your finger or retracing).
