    Toggle Visibility

Hey guys. I've not had the experience with the editor that the RedLynx track builders have, and I am banging my head against the wall trying to get items to become visible, and then making them disappear again.

Currently I have the items set with the Visibility check-box unchecked, and turn visibility on with a "Visibility Event". I have a second trigger set to turn visibility off through a "Hidden Event, but passing through the second trigger has little effect. Yes, the trigger sends info to the "Hidden Event".

I suppose I could just switch the trigger from a rectangle to an area trigger and make it pretty massive, but it would make editing inside of the area that the trigger is active a pain.

Anyone know if I am doing something wrong here?

    Edit:

I lied. I didn't have the trigger sending info to the "Hidden Event". It works perfectly now.

    LOL.

    Toggle Visibility

Just for fun. My track is about 30% finished, and here is what the editor looks like.

I have run into that issue so many times Shifty, it's superbly annoying. Can't figure out why something isn't working, looks fine, then you finally realize one little path is missing.

I have a track with a bunch of arrows like that too, it makes testing with the icons enabled a mess!

I don't know if you've encountered this yet, but it seems like you may have: when you're copying events/triggers/sources make sure that they don't remain attached to their original objects. With that many arrows I am sure you copied a few things out, and I had that issue where I didn't realize it but certain sources/filters will keep their mappings when you copy, and it gets really tough to troubleshoot since the drive line is so littered with arrows that it's unclear what is going where.

    Looks like a good track!
