Multiplayer is nice but I don't like supercross.
I also enjoy Multiplayer. My XBL Gold account has been going to waste for a while now, so it's refreshing to have that competitive experience again, although adrenaline can really throw me off because I'm so not used to it now. I used to be a beast on Halo when adrenaline kicked in.
I did stop playing Multiplayer, though, because it can throw off my desires to play with the problems starting matches, and having hosts quit once you do get in. I figure I'm going to wait a little longer for there to be more players trying the game and less glitches so I can have a consistent experience that hooks me in and keeps me wanting to play. Otherwise I might burn myself out trying to test my patience.
My most memorable victory so far was Inferno III by 0.050. That was exciting. I also had the pleasure of beating xPrOFeSsi0NaL on Pier Pressure. Total fluke, he put me in my place on the next two tracks, but still a feather in the cap, as far as I'm concerned.Originally Posted by MegaTrain
Last night, we were head to head on Titan's Graveyard, and I crashed right where the rock hand comes out of the water. I thought I'd lost it, but came back when my opponent stumbled on the first jump of the tower. Also last night, joined a match where the choice was Inferno III vs Way of the Ninja. Wow, what a choice! The Way of the Ninja run was very close, too. Stayed very close to one other player, and we both finished under 30 faults, within about 2 seconds of each other. Victory was not mine, however
Im having a blast with mp but.... My Rank always get reset at 10 and this is preventing me to full enjoyment!

apart from supercross and getting deranked constantly, im really enjoying the multiplayer aswell.
i am wondering if the level system will balance out eventually though because at the moment, most games arent fair. i havent lost yet (according to stats page but not leaderboards) but i dont remember coming across any familiar names yet either.
ill happily join private lobbys if im on, unless im busy in the editor(i'll have notifications off most of the time)

hey buddy we raced together the other night wow it was the first time i had the opportunity to challenge a top rider i was shocked and excited!! at a time i was in front of u then i got nervous and u clearly smoked me off but i t was really funny! consider me your fan boy! hahah

I find that 9/10 times I play against people who can caine me through the first 4-5 cp's but then they loose thier cool with me hot on thier tail and I smoke them to the finish.
I thought I'd be crap at keeping my composure but it seems to be one of my strong points atm.
I love racing on the extreme tracks and being able to wait on the last cp or right before the finish for them to catch up usually pulling a static wheelie for style points!

yeah coming from behind to win is a really great feeling.
and yeah, the extreme tracks are super fun to play against other people, unless i choke. but i still dont quit. i take my beating like a man. and i always choke on Inferno.
