Man I couldn't even get started lol but I watched your replay and it was ****** crazy, it's great to see the skills and different obstacles that are being thought up in Evo. The back wheel stuff you and carnage are doing is off the hook. Hopefully this technique won't get abused on tracks but I have to admit I'm tempted to try and fit it into a track at some point just because it looks so fresh!
I couldn't manage the 2nd obstacle but I watched your replay and OH MAN it's a thing of beauty!! Well done!![]()
The 2nd obstacle was the hardest for me... Gets a lot easier after you managed to do it onceOriginally Posted by bobozilla
Great track Murdoc!
I spent the better part of an hour trying to figure out the first obstacle, even after watching replays, and I still can't get it. My bike just won't lean that far forward in time.![]()
That obstacle isn't hard, Just press X 1000 times per sec and you will get it!!![]()
That obstacle is not ninja IMO.![]()
Been trying for 15 minutes to beat the first part. It's a "no go" for me, I just seem to slowly fall back and get lopped in half by the beam.
I did watch some replays and the track itself looks really nice, and I would love to try some of the other parts, but this first section seems like the track just keeps shooting me in the face.
I also must demand (ha) "Ninja" tags on tracks of this level of insanity. Good job, this just isn't the track for my skill level.![]()
Took me 15 mins to get past the first obstacle. Great track thoughReally want to get it sub 5 faults
You need to hold RT and tap X like crazy. This is basically the equivalent of pumping the gas and brake over and over - which in game physics, adds a tiny bit of forward rotational force every time you do it. This is a ninja technique that was devised on THD in about the last year or so.
wow! I really didn't expect this kind of response from Obsolescent - All of my playtesters just went on about how hard it was and I kept telling them that it was intended for a limited audience - well I'm happy hear that so many of you like it, even if it's tough![]()
for those of you who like tech flow - next up is a medium track![]()
