How do I change the weather in the game?
Can it only be done with the weather area icon? If so, must I then make them as big as possible and then copy them? That seems like a pain in the ***.
Isn't there are simple options page where I can change the weather for the whole track and not some areas? Thanks you.

Start>Track Settings>Enviroment>Custom Settings>Weather Conditions
Note that rain isn't found here, that's under the effects section.

If you attach weather related events to the target which the camera is following, then that should be the same as applying it to the entire track I think.
