What is wrong with multiplayer??? | Forums

I know Ive read somewhere about this topic but for quickness and due to the fact I cannot be bothered searching for it I was wundering, if anyone could explain to me why on multiplayer I have reached level 10 three seperate times? I went from 14 to 5, 5 to 11, 11 to 9 and 9 to 10...can anyone explain why this i happening?
