    Re: My High Quality Picks

Hi guys. Been a while. Might be a lost cause but figured id post a few vids here if anyone is bored. I will also be helping with Morfyboy on his Creator's Spotlight series, a little bit gearing towards my favorite builders. Keep an eye out here! Meanwhile...

Maborosi Individual Obstacle Speedrun- level 5 ninja track made by DannersMac, broken down into 7 separate checkpoints because im too wuss to pass the full track.

Lowercase- Trials HD ninja remake by Guunners (originally built by Murdoc Loch). A decent mild ninja if you are vastly familiar with extreme techniques.

Ninja's Sorrow Individual Obstacle Speedrun- level 5 ninja track made by slikscythe, broken down into 7 separate checkpoints. Really enjoyed running those kind of obstacles.

Ctrl-Alt-Delete (Version 1.1)- Trials HD ninja remake by Guunners (originally built by Murdoc Loch). A solid moderate ninja for those who seek challenging maps.

    Re: My High Quality Picks

Thanks Guunners! Always a pleasure playing your maps. I cant believe you still dont have a wrench...yet. That being said, heres some ninja customs worth checking out for your viewing pleasure!

AM-2 - a low level ninja remake by Guunners aka King of Remakes, originating from DEADPH1SH in Trials HD. Not too tough, but a nice touch if you are looking for a little something just beyond the extreme difficulty. Playing this brought back ALOT of memories, both good and bad. But mostly bad. Can you say RETRIBUTION?

The Short Way ~ Individual Obstacles Speedrun - built by slikscythe, a moderate technical ninja with some cool obstacles to speedrun. Not very hard if you are accustomed to high level ninjas.

The Bullworth - created by DudozinoUziko, a mapmaker with tremendous potential, making a name for himself with very decent medium to ninja works. This one passes for a very technical yet mild ninja built around a great scenery of an academy environment. Check this one out!

Way to Paradise ~ Individual Obstacles Speedrun - made by Wesse NinZa. This scenic track takes place above the horizon of a sunset, mustering a difficulty similar to other ninja level 4's. Really enjoyed every obstacle, this is probably my favorite CP map aside from Ninja's Sorrow. Wesse, if you're reading this, you need to do a version 2 of this.

Now that ive prematurely exited from the TWC tournament thanks to my wonderful wonderful friend Daveyskills, i hope to catch up on some more customs and pick up on the Speedrun/Ninja run series (which will resume after the Paris Games Week). As always, if you see anything worth sharing/nominating, post here or the SOTW thread.

Droppin by 6 videos courtesy of the heavyweight trackmaking team- The Team Of 5, Season 2. Great tracks, fun to play.

Black Pearl- hands down the favorite of all 6, best themed track not to mention its also a BMX track!

Custodem Horti- the works of dragonMICKY, renowned for bringing characters to life on boss battle tracks.

ILLUZION DE MORPHEE- what is this, i don't even....

Shadow's World- a shadow-illusion track with some 3D touches, great flow. Highly recommended, hope to see them continue a track like this in Season 3.

Canta Galo 2113- medium flow heavily multi-routed track through a series of rumbling buildings.

Legacy Reloaded- SX track, beginners difficulty flow made for precise speedrunning with replay value. Warning- this track may cause xbox freezes, it happened to me and a few others a handful of times.

Nice run. And a Merry Christmas to you too!

I only play Evo now if I play trials. Haven't looked at Fusion for about 3 months. Actually, I don't think I've been on the forums for nearly that long either. Once YouBeShafted have finished grinding the Trials series down into the mud and cease treating their long term fans with such disdain, hopefully some sort of common sense will prevail about what trials actually is and should be and Fusion's successor will be the Evo sequel we all wanted and we can look on this current incarnation as a temporary blip in form, a moment of madness when chasing the dollar signs and rushing out some half-completed clap-trap seemed more important than upholding their reputation as a developer and their ultimate vision for this game.

^Hey Mel, i almost forgot about this thread, hence the late reply. But i will just say i am 100% on board with you on that. There have been some unpleasant changes ever since the merge of RL/Ubi. Now, i can honestly say im not surprised that the next trials (Fusion) didn't meet the standards that Evo set- it was so high that i don't think anything else other than an exact sequel would have exceeded, which would deter the whole point of bringing 'new elements' to the next-gen Trials (A+ for effort, but this is where 'if it aint broken, don't fix it' comes in). It's just that the money was there and they capitalized on it.

But what i absolutely dreaded was the forum move. I think i could safely speak on behalf of all members that the old place was our sanctuary. So many memories on there and after the move, i think the only reason i find myself still here somewhat, is because im just not ready to move on from Trials, or lose touch with all my trials buddies, for that matter.

Happy new years to you and everyone else!
