At the moment I have a disc base that rotates with objects glued to it, but I've got to a point now that when I add another object the disc rotates half way round and stops... take the object away and it rotates fine again. It can be any object but I just can't figure out why it does it.

Has anyone come across this before?

I had this happen to me. make sure you've glued everything together before adding your rotation hinge. it should be the last thing added.
