I made a small track, maybe 300 meters long with not too many effects. The problem I can't get around is every time I save a message appears saying that my Track Performance is low. I looked in the tips section under Menu and read that it cannot be uploaded or shared to others if this message appears. While testing it and coming close to the finish, my entire xbox freezes. I noticed it started happening awhile ago so I start deleting things that take up large amounts of complexity and big effects that I use. That didn't seem to help at all.
What I'm trying to get at is that I don't understand why my track (that's not very big and has little effects explosions, etc.) has extremely low track performance and others have tracks maybe 3-4 times the size of mine with tens maybe hundreds of explosions while still having their track run flawlessly.
Is there really anyway around improving track performance?
Don't worry about it! It says those messages a lot when building the track and testing with the Back button.
Go the Share Map and that's like a proper test (how other players on xbox live will see it as) If it is fine there then it should stay fine on Map Central.
I have shared the map a few times and the upload and everything works fine. Even before I upload it, it says nothing about track performance. However, after the uploaded process I got the same message about poor track performance. Seeing that, I tried playing my track through and every time my bike crossed the finish line, my xbox would freeze up. Same went with my friends also.Originally Posted by Derangedxzombie
