Xbox Freezing When Trying To Search For a Game | Forums

I seem to have a problem that no one else has!First , ic ouldn't search with one of my friends because when we both were trying to join a match our xbox's froze .He could search for himself.I searched one match , when it was joining my xbox froze again.I did it again and this time after restarting my console , my avatar and gamerscore were reset.downloaded my profile(had trouble doing that cause when it was downloading game info it gave an error) after tons of tries and again i couldn't search for multiplayer because it freezes but my friend can.anybody knows a solution?
