Just released my newest track "Gladiatrials". Check out the video in the first post, download and then give me some feedback.
I'm aware that the driving line and obstacles isn't necessarily the most fun, but my main goal was to get the Gladiators theme down, so i built the obstacles around that. Take it for what it is.
I also want to say a big thank you to Dosto, Sylar, Gusbuster and Elements (and i problably forgot someone) for testing my track multiple times and giving me feedback on the track as i was creating it.![]()
I liked the track, definitely had a Gladiators feel to it. The first obstacle felt a bit unfair and too random, but the rest of the track was much better. There were also some very interesting obstacles I've never seen in other tracks, like the hanging tires in the gauntlet that you had to push out of the way without bashing your head into them.

The first obstacle was the first thing i built, then i just continued to build the track and when i was done i just didn't want to remove the entire first room and have to come up with something new, hehe.
Also, some guys from machinima tried my track Gladiatrials on their Trials EVO livestream last night.
They suck, but their comments when playing it was pretty hilarious. Check it out below:
They play my track at 1:36:55
I just played your tracks and here are my thoughts.
Good Nite
Detail
Had some good detail in most parts but missed out some on the roof tops although in detailed areas you didn't over do it and seemed fitting (in garage parts).
Driving Line
I thought was quite smooth in most parts but only when falling through the circular glass i couldn't control myself when landed on the pallets-possibly make the upper route to cars longer for reach but i supose that would render the bottom one useless-the camera is a little too close to biker and could see too far ahead.
Atmosphere/background
The atmosphere was ok but could do with altered colours or more background to give that effect, the UFO sound made it seem a bit unusual but the garages really redeemed the A/b because they were realistic and big.
Difficulty
The difficulty was good for the setting and was smooth enough but if it was harder it could have made the play time longer.
Gladitrials
Detail
It only had detail mostly when changing Gladiator obstacles but i supose it was made for that Gladiator effect any way but possibly a little more in gladiator bits.
Driving line/difficulty
The difficulty was done well enough for its name and the driving line was pretty good too only a very minor problem is that when you go off the ramp into smashing glass you suddenly flip foward but its very minor.
Atmosphere/background
It was Gladiator so i guess you couldn't have done too much with that but possibly change colours, longitute or something via the area conditioner to change day.
Well thats it for now good tracks and until the next, happy editing.
Thanks for the feedback! Appreciate it alot, man! I'll take it into consideration when making my next track.Originally Posted by LitTlExJeZuZ
