I was wondering if the categories in Track Central will be fixed? All I see in there is tracks that shouldn't be in there. One person has 7 maps that are practically the same! Another has the SAME track in there!

Hopefully the limit of 50 will be increased to 500 or 1,000 or something, because 50 doesn't really showcase anything

Definitely agree with you there about rating your own track. This track central has great potential and it's pretty unique so will take time to optimise I guess.

Must be very hard to organise fairly and although I know next to nothing about servers I'd guess the 50 limit is in place to keep it all running nice and smooth?

It's in the known issues thread, they said they're working on it and it probably won't even require a patch, it's all server side.

Yep the rating should be calculated to include the total amount of votes not just the highest rating.

I also think many people are overating custom tracks far too high and this is adding to the problem. Many tracks are getting 4 and 5 stars and they are nowhere near as good as the ones that come with the game.

Perhaps an idea would be to have the option to rate individual features of a track and calculate an overall score from that.

For example :-

Design
Playability
Enjoyment Factor
Others!

= Overall Rating

Of course I have patience sebbi, was just asking <3 Track central is the best feature aside the editor of course. I know this game is huge, I know you guys got alot to work with. Sorry just excited! xD Just frustrating right now.
