Ya but now my GT is in it so if just a couple people file 1 complaint on his (bio) he could get up to 1 month ban from xbl depending on his previous offences.

isn't he only on top because of a leaderboard glitch? was this glitch intentional? calling it a server/leaderboard glitch makes it sound like it was the games fault. for either not tracking them correctly or whatever.

You can't get him banned for believing what a game is showing him. It's not his own doing, remember.
