Not seen the track but if you go in the editor you can load example tracks and a couple of those are snippets from in game tracks.

ive seen this aswell. tracks made by redlynx but says they are made by someone else. seen it the very first day! a new breed of track thiefs?

I saw one of Suspended(?) and it had MINOR changes. A few explosions and brownish clouds

Can't say i'm suprised. Just like leaving car door open over the night.
I kinda would like to know what do they think to achieve by doing this. Well anyway it's sad to see ppl do that.
