Optimal Environment Settings to achieve "Limbo" effect?

Yeah, so what I did was turn the ambient color (both ground and sunlight) to black, and made the fog really thick and a bright color. It looks really strong as the fog actually reaches where my bike line is (thus turning all the black floor a dark color instead.) Can anyone share maybe exact settings they would use to achieve the same effect seen in that Limbo map?

'm mainly looking for how to make objects in the background lighter than in the bike line; everything in the background would be gray and the bike line would be black)

very low ambient and sunlight, with bright fog and a custom direct camera view and you should be good
