Really hard to say without seeing it, but one reason could be that you are hitting physical world limits. If your curve values stop it means that the curve is not a looping one. Sorry, can't really help without seeing it.

i think i have discovered the issue. im selecting my pivot axis as the start value for my data source. so when the objects reaches the end value, the start value is then the same, so there is nothing to loop.
i have changed the starting point to a static object and now there is a loop, but the distance traveled isn't a straight line. do i need to adjust the times of each curve to make the object stay true?
