Cometh a title update I would very much like for it to include an addition to the editor. A completely flat land mass map we could select under new track. No hills, no trees. Nothing.
I could spend 20 years adding flat terrain modification to my track...but then the complexity is gonna be hugethink)
It would be nice.
Edit - Oh and either the ability to snap stuff together properly.....or a fine move toggle when adjusting the position of assets. Getting a wall together is a ball ache to make sure you don't get that flicker. Maybe as you move, holding the left trigger toggles the fine movement.dunno, just a minor thought but something I would love more than the point up there /\
Left trigger rotates objects so that wouldn't work. You can go into editor settings and change the sensitivity down, that should help.Originally Posted by geordiedeviant

Truedat. Click the left stick in to invoke the fine movement?Originally Posted by LukeMSki

Despite my list earlier in this thread, the one thing I would REALLY REALLY love to see is a multiplayer editor, much like forge in Halo. If you could have multiple people working on one track I think TC wouldn't be filled with such junk, people would spend more time on tracks as it would be funner, and the all round quality of tracks I think would drastically improve. Making a track can be quite tedious also, but with multiple players, if you all had the right idea of what you were doing it would be great fun. You could have one player test running the track while others are editing, this would allow very quick testing and modifying that is needed as when testing obstacles, the testing player could run it a few times and tell the others what needs doing etc.
I don't know if this has been said but how about you can only have 1 track on the any of the lists. It drives me crazy when my tracks that I put HOURS into are quickly thrown to the side while people who make 50 impossible games or 50 basketball games or golf or cans or whatever are all over the highest rated week/48 hour. Most of my uploads don't make those lists and it's a buzzkill because of how much time I put into these tracks
I'd like to give some feedback and suggest that someone would answer my question in the Trials 2: SE thread.
