    I'll post this here and there....most games have a ranked and un-ranked multiplayer option. If that was added in, then it would be fair. ALSO it would be really cool in the unranked matches (or private) if ANYONE could add tracks (as long as it totaled 7?) but only the host could delete tracks, so it wasn't a free for all. One other thing I would suggest is the ability to add customs when you 'randomize' a check mark to have supercross tracks/regular trials in the mix.

    Skill games aren't able to be shared privately to test, how come? Have to make them a trials track and it doesn't work as well.

    The ability to download a custom your friend has when playing multiplayer (and rate afterwards!)

    Re: Trials Evolution: Feedback and Suggestion Thread

    I love what Red Lynx did with track central but I still feel the experience could be made easier.

    If I find a track that I like, I want to be able to "recommend" or "share" that track to/with my friends. It would be nice if I could play a track, enjoy it, click "recommend", click on my friend(s)' gamer tag, and the next time he's online or if he's playing trials at that time he'll get a notification that he's been recommended a track and can download it easily.

    All too often I play a track with my friends, I love the course and want to download it, but managing to find that course can sometimes be a hassle.

    Second and Third, Often times my friends and I will get on trials and we all want to play new tracks. I'll go to track central and download 5 or 6 new tracks and then set up a private room. I ALWAYS have problems finding the courses from my "downloaded" list for TWO reasons.

    1: from that screen I can only see the track name, type, and difficulty; I can't see the actual image for the track (The same image that peaked my interest in the first place) Personally, I'm terrible with names. I'm a visual person so I need to SEE the image for the course to know which course it is. know I can select a course, go to the front end of the lobby, see the image, see it's the wrong track, repeat......but it's such a hassle.)

    2: I would really appreciate it if I was able to sort my tracks by the date of download. This would also make it much easir for me to find the tracks that I want.

    Fourth, I would like to play skill games online with my friends (both Red Lynx and user created). Gameplay wise, it would be the same as trials tracks (all 4 players on the same ride line as ghosts to each other) but the way you could make it "work" is if you implement a time limit. The user "suggests" a time limit (visible in the tracks description) but the host can set the time limit to whatever he wants.

    For example: I'll set up a Gas Problem skill game private lobby with a 5 minute time limit. My friends join me and we play for 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes we can all retry and fail as many times as we want and the server will only record every ones BEST ONE performance within that 5 minute time limit. At the end of 5 minutes, the event ends, the scores are tallied, and a winner is chosen.

    You could even turn that into a new ranked multiplayer playlist; Which leads me to my last suggestions...

    Fifth, I'd like user generated courses to be implemented into ranked multiplayer. It would be Red Lynx's responsibility to select, test, and add the courses, but the community can create and submit courses to Red Lynx. The courses could either be given their own playlist or implemented into the existing playlists.

    Lastly, Triathlons! A new ranked multiplayer playlist! 1 event, consisting of 3 courses, comprised of 1 supercross track, 1 trials track, and 1 skill game. May the best rider win!

    Thank you very much for your time Red Lynx. I'm sorry if my post is a little long winded.

    I love your game.

    how about creating a global bank for our ingame cash that we can all put cash in to an when we reach a set target say 500 million (increasing every time) you guys make a new object for use in the editor?

    that would give all of us something else to work for.

    Another thing that might be nice is if you could open up someone else's map in the Track Editor. I've watched many of the tutorial videos, but for me the easiest way to learn something is to see it in action. If you saw something on a track that you really liked, you could open it up in the editor to see how they accomplished it.

    The primary drawback to this feature is that it would be abused by those who simply wanted to copy someone else's hard work and take credit. This was rampant in some of the previous Far Cry and Timesplitter games. A solution might be to make other peoples' tracks "read only" - you could open it up to see how they did things, but you couldn't make any changes or save as your own.

    I like this idea, and I think a good solution to the problem you mentioned is to let the uploader tick flags that say if their level is "viewable in editor" and "editable."

    By default, it would behave as we have it now. And then, by choice, you can give other people the inside look into what you made. It would also give us the opportunity to make hands-on creation tutorials and easily share groups of objects with other people which would both be awesome. If they did that, they could even make a subcategory and/or a tag for tutorial/sharing levels.

    Incredibly awesome game.

    Only thing I would like is something to spend the game money on.

    Re: Trials Evolution: Feedback and Suggestion Thread

    Does anyone see a reason why playing Redlynx made Trials maps in multiplayer should not count towards the leaderboards? I believe I have set several great times in playing the track in multiplayer, but they do not count towards the leaderboards. Since you're playing against ghosts and there doesn't appear to be a way to cheat (boost, etc), I don't see why they should not count, unless someone else can think of a reason.

    Re: Trials Evolution: Feedback and Suggestion Thread

    A couple more that I thought of (and a question or two, think of them as conditional suggestions if they're False):

    ~~~~~
    - The Ability to drop markers from your game character as you're play-testing a created level. If you've ever played "Line Rider" or something similar, you'll know what I mean. Basically it just marks where you were the moment you pressed the button. It's a good way to get an idea of the arc you might be traveling along, or a point you might land on. It's also a good way to find where it might or might not be possible to land.
    I'm not sure if there's a way to do this already, but it would be especially handy for skill-games. Right now, all I know of is exiting out of testing and taking advantage of the camera being where it was when you exited.
    ~~~~~
    - A black light camera mode. Basically: dark, bluish tint, white objects glow.

    - Option for Stereoscopic 3D - be it in camera modes, or as a global game option. Come on, now. You know you want to throw on some Red/Cyan glasses and play Trials like this.

    ~~~~~
    - More cars in the editor. A bus (vars: City, School, London), a van, a semi truck (and a trailer), some trials bikes (variations could be each bike already in the game), a tractor, more car parts so we could build our own varieties.
    ~~~~~
    - Maybe some options for purely decorative objects such as a curvable face, resizable planes, a texture paintbrush, texture options, etc. If it would be too resource-intense, you could even make them have no collision or physics. I just want to make things look different but don't need to have them respond different (for example, I was making a body kit on one of the cars, but couldn't get a good curve going for the wheel well; a purely aesthetic surface would have fixed it, and nothing physical needed to happen to it so it wouldn't need any kind of physics.)

    ~~~~~
    Edit: - A way to view more pages of "most downloaded" / "Highest Rated" (at least 3+ pages of them) as well as other solutions to only being able to happen upon a small amount of tracks.
    Also, a randomly-generated list of user tracks - maybe one that stays up for an entire day of exposure to everyone? Or a list that simply gives you random results every time you access/refresh it. I think the case-sensitive search issue will be a major step towards accessibility nonetheless.
    ~~~~~
    Edit2: - Something similar to the examples/favorites section of the editor, but with some pre-made useful functions such as triggers, distance measuring, etc. I know it's not super complicated for those willing to learn, but this would at least level the playing field for the people having a hard time transitioning from THD's editor.

    ~~~~~
    ? Is there already a way to slow placement of an object to small fine ticks? For precision placement? Edit: Besides with the editor settings. I mean a button to toggle between two settings.
    ? Is there already a way to make music change/start in the middle of a level? I'd love to have a peaceful ambient level, and then suddenly it gets intense, and intense music follows.
    ? Is there already a way to change what colors are highlighted in the miller camera mode?
    That's all for now. I won't be adding more to this (increasingly long) post. Only minor edits if anything.
    Not sure if I have ever said this but Im sure its been said before:
    New outfits like a ninja outfit that cost $1,000,000 for only the super hardcore. or perhaps an outfit for getting all plat extremes or something to provide an incentive to improve. maybe some other fun outfits like a squirrel or other stuff. It just seems like a fun thing to do to give people goals to work for or fun ways to mix and match outfits.
