I prevented the fender slide by checking the Bikes Z rotation. If it was over under 60 degrees (the fender slide position) it would increase a counter , and if this counter got to 3 it would cause a bailout.

Ah that's far too forgiving! Instant death to all fender sliders.

edit: Yeah, your track's good. I'd alter it slightly though, the start line, I'd make decorative so it doesn't throw someone's wheelie off as soon as you start.
