Are there going to be a lot of devs making tracks on their own accounts, or maybe one mutual account?

Word on the street is, i heard that the first week of release that there was going to be a bunch of skill games like Foosball and some custom track themes like the Eiffel tower and stuff that you guys were going to release on a mutual account.

Is this true or do we search some of the devs account (which i dont know of any really) and you guys will be making individual tracks on there and such?
