I remember seeing the image before so I don't think it is new, although I can't remember having seen this done so maybe it is lol.
Either way am I the only one who's curious what the situation is with Evo still? The alphabet-riddle and geo-caching stuff was cool but it didn't have anything to do with the actual game and its been a pretty long time since there was any mention of anything still being in this game, although apparently there is so..

I want to start putting together something to wrap up the riddle and have one final article to tie this all together and I want to get my facts straight. Sorry its taken so long but life gets in the way of fun stuff.
I just wanted to make sure I had this right:
The images lead us to discover the key to the alphabet
there was a coded message on the fixedpatternencodes site
that key unlocked a new page that revealed the GPS coordinates
4 boxes were found
1. Batguy in Sydney
2. Morfyboy in UK
3. IFTHISTHENTHAT in US
4. Danil in Finland
Here is where I got a little confused.
In each box there was a key and a plaque. they were all the same and had a message of
"Midday in Year 2113 1st Sat in Aug One of Five keys will open the box Underneath the Eiffel Tower"
On the back it read
"It seemed like forever ago"
From a John Green quote “It seemed like forever ago, like we've had this brief but still infinite forever. Some infinities are bigger than other infinities.”
The FInland Package had a different quote
"It is utterly beyond our power to measure the changes of things by time"
From a Ernst Mach quote "It is utterly beyond our power to measure the changes of things by time ... time is an abstraction
at which we arrive by means of the changes of things; made because we are not restricted to

Also in the Finland package there were the old french legal documents, The first document is a land sale and the second is a recognition of loan money. There was also an antique pocket watch found in Helsinki.
Then ANBA said he would send something out to all the owners of the keys..
Can someone confirm that this is correct and if I have missed anything let me know. I can see the 4 pages of the legal documents, have we found anything about them. Did you guys figure out they were from 1744? Did anyone else get anything from ANBA or are they still waiting??

You've almost got it all there FatShady.
Just a few additions:
The metal plate found in Helsinki said something different on the back.

This plate seems to have not been found inside the chest.
There was also an antique pocket watch found in Helsinki.
Danil's post with all the Helsinki info can be found in a spoiler (it's easy to miss) on page 52 of this thread.
Looking back just now I realized I had missed an awesome contribution by Killard with a partial transcription of the documents found in Helsinki. His post is near the top of page 55.
Regarding the documents, user Naxed has shown them to a scholor, no word back yet. I made an attempt to get them looked at here, but the translators were either out of the country or unable to get specific. I may have some business to do in that part of town coming soon, so another trip to their offices is likely.
The plates do confirm a fifth key, and it's my suspicion that it resides at a location discussed in the papers.
Sidenote: there seems to be quite a bit of references to time i hadn't noticed before.
That's all that I could think of that you didn't have listed.

So I posted these on Reddit and got a few good replies so far.
Here is a link to a site that seems to sell old documents like these and this is an example of one that has the exact same seal as one of the pages included. .

Also a few have pointed out that the first line refers to the date:
"Today 25th of April one thousand seven hundred forty before midday (or noon)."
"Aujourd'hui vingt cinqiueme avril mille sept cent quarante avant midi."
